John Roberts has 25 years of senior-level operations and management experience in a variety of industries including all aspects of railroad operations, mobile crane & heavy haul services, and other industrial services businesses. With a passion for operational excellence, John has a long history of improving profitability and significantly growing businesses, both domestically and abroad, and has successfully identified, led, and closed on several acquisitions. As a holder of 4 safety related patents, John is a highly innovative, entrepreneurial thinker. When coupled with his extensive industry experience, John is well-equipped to lead RELAM into a new chapter of progressive, growth-oriented opportunities.
With over 25 years’ experience in the lease, remanufacture, sale, and fleet management of M.O.W Equipment & Hi-Rail Vehicles, Daniel Brown utilizes his comprehensive and pluralistic understanding of the Rail Industry’s multiple market segments to oversee company operations, improve safety and quality metrics, and foster and strengthen relations both internal and commercial. Currently active in industry organizations, including service on the Board of Directors of the National Railroad Contractors and Maintenance Association (NRCMA).
Tony Hargreaves is Vice President of Leasing Operations, with responsibility for sales and business development in the United States and Canada. He brings over 48 years’ experience in the Railroad Industry with M.O.W Equipment. Tony has a strong customer service-oriented mindset with a creative, “can do” approach to problem solving. His list of long-standing clients is testament to his passion for excellence and a trustworthy, accommodating approach to every relationship.
As Fleet Manager, Daniel Daugherty leads the overall strategic path and development of RELAM’s fleet of equipment. He is responsible for fleet quality, acquisitions, disposals, rebuilds, inventory tracking, and making sure the fleet is utilized at its highest potential. Daniel believes in providing a fleet to our customers that is high-quality, productive, innovative, and, most of all, safe.
